I know it's been a year, and the last one I wrote was a Christmas fic, but I never got the chance/was too lazy to write another fic. Hopefully this year I'll get around to it. Anyways, since it's the holidays, I wanted to do some fan stuff. So, I decided to write a few mini fics starring the Turks at Christmas time. It will be mainly set in BC/CC era, if you don't mind, though there will be a couple of original game ones too. But, go ahead and give requests for little holiday Turk stories you'd like to see!^^

It was December, and the Yuletide season was here. In the city of Midgar, people went about the snow-slushed street, taking care of their shopping and other business. Among them was a certain rambunctious Redhead and his tall, stoic partner, going about their business as well.

Reno sighed as he looked about him. "So, it's that time of year again. Everyone on the upper plate is busy, full of that merry feeling... It's cheesy, but it's kinda cute. Kinda annoying too..."

"..."

" Yeah, you're right." Reno shrugged and popped a cigarette into his mouth. "Man, it's cold..."

"Well of course it's cold! It's the middle of December!" A voice piped up. They glanced over to see a young teenage girl standing there, clutching some parcels, a puffy white jacket over her school uniform, and her long blond hair out of its usual pigtails so her snug hat would fit comfortably.

"Well, well, if it isn't little Laney. Out doing some Christmas shopping? Get anything for me?" he smirked.

"As if, you jerk! And I'm not telling you what I got!"

"Aw, that's not fair. I_"

Rude nudged him. "Well, have a nice Christmas, Elena." He said. She just glared at them and strode off.

"Heh. Cute kid. Pretty nitpicky, though. She and her sister got a lot more in common than they think." Reno shrugged. "Oh well. Let's go back to the office."

I know the first part is short, and kinda crappy. But there will be more, and hopefully less crappy... I need more ideas...
