Legend's Ballad
Here's another poem I wrote for Spyro. I don't know if it's good or not, but I wrote it anyway. Hope you like it. If not, oh well.
Over steep mountain tops,
Cold gales flog me like a metal mace,
But I endure the numbness and agony.
I search the realm for the one true evil face.
Coasting the icy battefields and fiery pits,
My wings never falter and tire.
To face my fears and foes,
I unleash the fury of fire.
For the ones I hold dear,
I'd sacrifice myself, heart and soul.
Taking more attacks
For the world, I'll never be whole.
Deep down in my scaly flesh,
The unfathomable dark beast resides.
From dawn to dusk,
The evil urges are hard to shield and hide.
The battles and wars never end.
I always fight and fly.
The mounting pain and death toll piles up;
I'm a legend, bound to the sky.
