This is a one-shot about child abuse. Child abuse should not even exist! It's an awful thing! I just don't understand why anyone would do such things to a child. This is to raise awareness about it. So please read and review .
"No, please... STOP!"
Ciel Phantomhive regretted running away from the manor. It was such a childish thing to do. Not at all the way the head of the Phantomhive estate should behave. He had it all: money, servants, a butler who would do anything for him, albeit he had a good few enemies as well, but that's what happens when you're the Queen's Guard Dog, after all.
But it had just got too much or Ciel. He was tired of constantly being stuck in the line of fire, being called upon to save the day. All he wanted was a quiet life with his money, his servants... and his parents. 'No.' Was what always came into his head whenever he thought of his parents, of the life he should have had... 'You mustn't think like that, Ciel. Once something is truly lost, one can never get it back again.'
Ciel's screams became entwined with the man's jeering laughter and swears.
"Shut up, you little brat! If you know what's good for you, you'll do as I say! Now button it!"
Ciel looked up from his corner in the small, dingy attic room that smelt of mothballs. He couldn't get a good look at the man's face, all he saw was his silhouette, leering, towering over him like scaffolding, blocking out whatever light had managed to grope it's way to the small boy.
"You dare to look at me?" The man questioned, his tone dropping dangerously. He took a step closer to Ciel, so that he was almost directly above him. "YOU DARE GAZE AT ME WITH THAT FILTHY EYE OF YOURS?"
There was a heart-wrenching crack, and Ciel roared in pain, his right arm bent in a funny angle.
"London Bridge is falling down, falling down, falling down..."
"I said SHUT UP!"
Another crack, this time a kick was aimed at Ciel's abdomen, but Ciel did not scream, he did not roar, he did not cry. He lay motionless on the floor, his right arm out of proportion, blood leaking from his mouth.
"London Bridge is falling down, my fair lady."
