Natsu's face twisted into horror as he jumped of the tower after her, as he descended he heard the whisper of a soft laugh. Locking his eyes on Lucy he found his heart freeze to find the laughing was coming from her, was she crazy? Her form was like a rag doll as it curled in the wind as they fell, her hair waving as she turned to the side to face him. His breath caught as those chocolate brown eyes teared up as they descended further. Her smiles are like pool of warmth that coiled in his belly and he knew he could catch her before they hit the ground.
Time slowed, his eyes swarmed with emotions that made me smile at him. Before long his face hardened in determination and he shot forwards with speeds unknown to mankind as he wrapped those burning hands around my waist. His face softened when I looked into his eyes and he laughed as we became closer and closer to the earth below but that was blurry to us.
"Your crazy, you know that Luce?" His soft whispered words warmed my heart as I closed the space between us, placing my head to his chest I wanted to steady my heart by listening to his.
"Natsu, I can be as crazy as I want to be. I know for a fact that you're always there to judge it, and I'm okay with that because we're teammates."He laughed as his back slammed into the ground, my body jolted but the impacted was softened as I looked down at him.
"Lucy, you're crazy." He wheezed out, I smiled knowing his words were true but he was just as insane as I am. He was Natsu Dragneel of course, as I was Lucy Heartfilla and I don't know but maybe I could become Lucy Dragneel in the future. And for some reason that didn't sound half bad.
