Derek and Penelope are now friends at once when they meet.
But soon they became best friends they shared everything they hid nothing. Of course there were flirtations, nicknames, sweet words and of course full of confidence. That is what was in part rested their friendship.
The day the team and Garcia to have learned what happened to Morgan when he was little, he has been sexually abused it was very hard for Derek. But with the help and support of Penelope he has been laying back.
After that Morgan and Garcia have become closer.
But a few months after it was learned what happened to Morgan Garcia met a guy at the cafe. And some live between Penelope and Derek about the guy she had met at the cafe and he had requested an appointment, but due to their disputes. Garcia is out with the guy and she is returning home after dinner she made this shot. When Morgan learn he made the point about these feelings and it's relationship with Garcia and he discovers he has fallen in love with her a while ago. Penelope had acknowledged to herself these feelings for Derek.
One day when he came back from a difficult Derek decided to take her out as a couple. Ah its great happiness Penelope had said yes.
Morgan and Garcia had kept them for their new relationship and take the time to really get to know each other as friends because being best friends is one thing and being a couple it is quite another.
So they kept them for about 3 months, but their colleagues had noticed a change in both, but they could not say what had changed.
