Walking in the shadows
I was looking for my light
Until you came to my life

Living in the darkness
After I forsook my path
But then you came to guide me
And I found my way back

You gave me strength to keep fighting
You gave me hope to keep living
You gave me faith to keep believing
You gave me love to keep being me

My mind was shattered
My heart was broken
But you picked up the pieces
Just to make me whole again

No matter where I go
You're always by my side
No matter when I fall
You're always there to lift me up

For all you have given to me
I thank you from my heart
Because I've turned into someone
