Prologue
It is fairly early in the morning. A figure stands upon a cliff, a village below him, smoke gently curls out of a chimney in a nearby building. The figure smiles upon his home, he looks up and stares off into the horizan... A small silver blue ship comes into focus, the figure identifies it as a messenger ship. He smiles and walhs down the trail. After a short period of time, he arrives at the village he was just looking down upon. He takes a short walk to the port where he awaits the ship.
When the ship docks a Fire Nation soldier appears and greets him.
"Overlord Nathan. I am pleased to tell you that Fire lord Zuko has invited you, your wife, her brother, and the Avatar to dinner tomorrow night." The soldier says.
"Very well, thank you." Nate pulls out a small bag from his pocket and takes out 2 gold pieces. He gives the gold to the soldier and the soldier bows and walks back on to his ship.
Afterward, he walks back into the busy marketplace of the village. He eventually makes it through the hordes of rabid shoppers, and he enters his home. He finds his wife sitting on the couch stroking Momo's head.
"Katara, we have been invited by Zuko to have dinner in his palace tomorrow!"Nate exclaims.
"Really?" She says, "I never thought he wuld invite anyone into his palace!"
"Well, do you wish to go?"
"Of course!"
"Good."
On Appa heading toward the Fire Nation, and oddly enough, above the island which Nate first appeared on...
"Hey Nate, look!" Katara points to the island below them.
"Isn't that where you found me?"
"Yep, hey Aang, let's land down there for Appa rest." Sokka suggests.
"Okay." Aang steers Appa down to the island and lands in a clearing in the forest. Nate gets up to stretch. He walks into the forest, due to dare I say it, "Nature's calling". He blacks out.
