No Yaoi in this story! Rather it is an Inu-Yasha fanfic that I will possibly continue with cool rock songs. I REFUSE TO USE POP, DANCE, RAP, OR ANYTHING THAT IS NOT ROCK! This takes place from the Inu-Yasha series when Inu-Yasha takes Kagome's part of the Shikon Jewel and pushes her down the Bone Eaters Well after learning of the existence of Naraku, but before the part where Inu-Yasha and gang (minus Kagome) meet Rouyakan the demon that can spit out Hellhounds.

Chapter 1: Coming Undone
Kagome just returned from the Feudal Era back to her own time. Not of her own free will, no, Inu-Yasha had taken the part of the Shikon Jewel that she had possessed during a hug and pushed her back into the well.
"How could that jerk do such a thing?" Kagome wondered aloud as she walked into her room and turned on the radio. "I guess I can't trust him. But I really like him, why would he do that?" she asked, her voice saddened.
"And now the last song on our countdown, it's Coming Undone by Korn off their new single See You On The Other Side." the DJ announced as the song started.
'Keep holding on
When my brain's tickin' like a bomb

'"Sweet bitter words" that's what Inu-Yasha told me.' Kagome thought.
'That's right

As the song ended Kagome thought "You know what, I'll wait until he comes to get me. I don't need him, I have my own life outside of the Feudal Era. Besides I need to catch up on my homework.'
Next chapter should be Inu-Yasha thinking about coming to get Kagome. Or maybe it'll be a love song. If you have any favorite songs that I should throw in to the plot just tell me. As long as they're rock, I'll use 'em.
