Ok, this came to me, a while back. I hope you enjoy it. I'm not a Tasha fan, but I mean, I do pity the woman.

For my lovely readers of, New Love, don't worry! I haven't given up the story! I'm actually working on the next three chapters for you so that I could somewhat compensate for my REALLY late UD's. The reason for that will me...uh, 'posted' ;) in a couple months.

Again, I hope you enjoy.

Disclaimer: Richelle Mead owns everything. I own nothing.

Yes

``Of all pains, the greatest pain, Is to love, and to love in vain.~George Granville

All you had to do was say yes;

And rid me of this heartache and pain.

All you had to do was say yes;

To prevent me from worrying, all over again

All you had to do was say yes,

And I would've been able to say;

"All my dreams are coming true."

For years I've waited

Hoping, praying, for the time to come,

I've engraved in my head

That you are the one I should be with

And now,

Still, I search, I cling, I weep, I worry,

But I've wasted all these years

All these years, just waiting for you to say, "Yes"

One word, three letters

All you had to do was say, "Yes"

And you would have gotten everything you've ever wanted,

I can give you that, I could've given you that.

Yet, you chose her.

I will never understand, now what will you fight for?

She could've never made you as happy as I had, as I would've.

And you'd just had to say yes.

If you had, then none of this would have happened…

We could've forgotten it all,

Started a family and watch in awe,

She could've had the same, if you've only let her go and said, "Yes"

You're the only one to blame, and now, like me, you'll have to fight to say sane.

Because the one person you've loved since life itself,

Is gone, and you have nothing, nothing, like myself.

Now you sit and weep, while I sit and smile,

Because I know, I'll always be on your mind,

You'll always think of me as I do you,

If you said, "Yes", this wouldn't have happened,

I wouldn't have had to go to such extremes

And your beloved Rosemarie, wouldn't have been lying in a grave, cold and pale, if you only had said…. "Yes"
