A/N: Hey guys, I know I should be working on the other stories that I've left untouched for a while, but I have this serious problem of non-committing lol. It's been a problem for most of my life, and I hope that you guys like this story because it's been knocking around in my head for a couple of days. I hate that every Naruto/Fairy Tail story (the finished ones) are mostly in Fairy Tail. As much as I love that anime, I'd like to see some of the characters in Fairy Tail go to Naruto to see how they'd develop. So here goes nothing. Also, there's language in this that most wont like, I just feel that Gajeel would be one to use such language.
PLEASE REVIEW! BTW I'm not sure whom FEMGajeel is pairing with, it's either Kakashi or Itachi. I may set a poll to determine that, so I might make that soon. Depends if people actually like this story.
-S.R.
Gajeel was officially bored. They had just gotten back from a mission with Erza, Lucy, Natsu, Gray and Wendy and everyone was recovering but Gajeel just wanted to take her mind off things. Ever since joining Fairy Tail her life has been different. Natsu had to knock some sense into her about the importance of friends, but that doesn't mean she automatically changed into a warm fuzzy person. She didn't think she ever could.
Lily looks at her over his drink and smirks, "We just got back from a mission and you're already bored?"
She scowls at him, "what of it, cat?" The word cat was sneered in a way it seemed derogatory, but Lily knew that no matter how harsh or mean she seemed she didn't mean it.
"I heard Levy say something about a mission… but if you don't want to hear it that's fine." He couldn't hold back the tiny amused smile that slid on his face after Gajeels head flew up in excitement. Or as close to excitement as she could get.
"Why didn't you say so right away? Damn cat." With that she was off to find Levy McGarden, her best friend. She spotted her in between Jet and Droy (go figure) and couldn't help the pang of guilt that shot through her. Gajeel had never forgiven herself for hurting her now good friend Levy even though she did, that was the selfless kind of person she was. She pushed that to the back of her brain and closed it behind the iron door that was her memories of those times.
Levy spotted her approach and smiled brightly, "Gajeel! Want to join Shadow Gear on this mission? Apparently were on an escort mission for some guy in Hartoka to Gama." My red eyes softened at her smile and I nodded in acquiescence. "Great, we were about to head out if you need us to wait for you to get your stuff we can." I shook my head; I always kept a little pack of necessities under the bar for surprise missions such as this. Mirajane always watched out for it incase stupid Natsu tried to do his fire magic around it. He's a loose cannon after all. I smirked thinking about him; he's such a little shit.
"Alright let's go to the train station." Jet and Droy followed levy diligently. I could hear them asking her questions like 'can I carry that pack for you?', 'do you need to rest your feet?', etc. Rolling my eyes I nodded at Mirajane to give me my pack and she waved goodbye to me. Nodding my head, I went outside and trailed behind the Shadow Gear a bit just thinking. As much as I loved Levy, I got rather annoyed of her partners. Only someone as kind and patient as her would be able to deal with those nimrods.

The train ride was horrible as usual but I shook it off once I got on land. Levy led us to the Waterlight Inn and we spotted an old man with a bag on his shoulders waiting outside. Figuring that was our guy we headed towards him. He seemed skeptical of us at first but noticed the Fairy Tail insignia and brightened considerably. Gajeel was curious as to why he needed protection, who wanted something from an old dude?
Her question was answered shortly; the old man seemed to have noticed the curiosity gleaming in her red eyes, "I'm so happy someone took my request. I know that it's not that far but I really need to get to Gama unharmed. I'm going there to testify against a bad man whom has been terrorizing this area. If I die, then he gets loose. So please, be on your guard, his lackeys are probably waiting for me along the way." We all nodded and he continued, "Now its only a days walk and we cant get there by train, so if you'll follow me." Though he looked old he certainly didn't act it, there was a step in his walk that some people half his age didn't have.

Why did I choose to do possibly the most boring type of mission, Gajeel thought to herself. They had already been walking for half the day and nothing had happened, the light was starting to fade and she knew it was the perfect time for an ambush. Though it was fading the sun was still beating them down with its harsh last rays and Gajeel took off her outer jacket to stuff into her small bag. She was just in her black tank top and white pants. Just as she was reaching to put her long black hair back the earth shot up around them.
Gajeel grabbed the old man and Levy just in time to dodge the Earth magic. Putting them behind her she growled in anticipation. Three men shot out from the bushes and trees, they were average people, which was usual for assassination magicians. She would protect Levy with her life, so when the men leered at her and Gajeel it pissed her off.
"So these are the fly's that were going to squish? What a pitiful group they are," the brown haired man stated looking towards Droy and Jet. When his eyes met hers he smirked, "Well now, there's a beauty. Why don't you hand over the old man and we can have some fun sweethearts?" Her eyes narrowed into slits, how dare he say such a thing to Levy and her.
Cracking her knuckles she grinned evilly, "I'm going to enjoy smashing that ugly face in. You better run or else I'm going to make you uglier than you already are." The man scowled in anger, obviously pissed to being dissed by a girl. Glancing towards Jet and Droy they knew what she wanted and Droy did his plant magic and the man on the right and in a flash Jet was kicking the man on the left far away.
"Tetsuryūkon!" Her fist shot out to the shock of the man, and he didn't have time to move before it slammed into his right arm. A loud snap could be heard throughout the valley. He screamed and held his now broken arm, the fear in his eyes could be seen from where she was standing. "Man and I thought you might be a challenge since you're an assassin." Lily snorted and rolled his eyes. The man whose arm was broken by her collected his men and said to retreat. Shadow Gear and Gajeel let them, no use in capturing them. They'd just be extra baggage to carry, and hopefully they'd learned their lesson.
Droy and Jet automatically turned to Levy worriedly "are you okay?" they asked simultaneously.
Levy smiled scratching her head, "I'm fine guys, don't worry. We might as well make camp here; it doesn't seem like well get much farther in the dark. So we can make it to the town around noon." They nodded and with Jet's speed the camp was set up in no time.
Gajeel had fire duty and was just trying to set up the fire when she realized she had to start it too, groaning she mumbled to herself, "damn, the one time I wish Natsu was around he isn't." Levy laughed and wrote fire, but it appeared wrong and set Jet's pants on fire. The rest laughed and Levy blushed while apologizing profusely to Jet.
Once the fire was going and the pot was above the stove Levy put in some ingredients that already smelled good. Gajeel's stomach grumbled and she lightly blushed to the shock of the others. She hid it behind a scowl, "what? Got something to say?" Waving her fist at Jet and Droy they paled considerably and shook their heads. "Che," she turned her head back to the ramen soup that Levy was making and petted Lily, to the annoyance of him.
"Oh shoot, I left the fish cakes at home." Levy sounded disappointed, "those were my favorite parts!"
"Why don't you just use your magic to make them?" Levy smiled towards Jet.
"That's such a great idea! I can't believe I didn't think of that first. I'll have to do it specifically or else it'll end up in the wrong place."
Levy looked concentrated and wrote the word for fish cakes and brings in the ancient language. Then suddenly there was a flash of bright light, Gajeel felt funny and couldn't help but look at her stomach. There was a small vortex opening in front of it that suddenly started sucking her into it. Eyes wide she grabbed onto the first thing she could trying to stay where she was, but instead grabbed Lily which only brought him along with her. All the camp could hear as the vortex was closing was "Shooby doo bopppp!"
They were frozen in place for a while before Levy started crying, "Oh my, I'm so stupid I accidently put the word bring after fish cakes! That means I brought her to where ever fish cakes are!"
Jet and Droy fluttered around her panicking. They tried calming her down as she continued to cry but they couldn't do anything but give her lame excuses and hopes that they could bring Gajeel back. It only made her cry harder.

Meanwhile, Naruto had just finished his miso ramen with Iruka when Jiraiya told him to hurry up. "I'll leave you to get the ramen bill!" Naruto dashed off to Jiraiya's side before he heard an annoyed yell from Iruka. Naruto was excited that he was going to be trained by the Jiraiya one of the legendary Sanin, even though he was a huge pervert.
After he said goodbye to the Fourth Hokage's sculpture on the wall he caught up to Jiraiya who was about to pass through the gate. Suddenly Jiraiya stopped; he felt an explosion of chakra right above them, looking up his eyes grew wide. He was too shocked to move Naruto when the person slammed him into the ground.
"What the hell? Get off me!" Naruto finally was able to pick himself up after Jiraiya pulled the person off him. He didn't even notice the person while he was yelling at Jiraiya, "Hey pervert! Was that some kind of joke? I'll get you back with one of my famous pranks! Dattebayo!" He settled down when he realized that Jiraiya wasn't even paying attention to him but someone on the ground.
It was a girl with three metal piercings through her lip vertically and a bunch on her ears, she was dressed in dark blue and white pants with combat boots. Her long black hair was stretched out behind her like a dark angel. "Woah Ero-Sennin, I didn't know you could summon beautiful girls too! Teach me that too!" Jiraiya sent him a flat look and conked him on the head.
"I can't summon women, although that would be awesome…" Jiraiya got a perverted look on his face and was blushing. He cleared his throat and suddenly something else shot out of the sky and plinked him on the head only to bounce off. Confusion settled in, it was a cat that didn't look like a cat, if that made sense. "Before we set off we should take this woman and…. Cat to the hospital and report to Tsunade." All perverseness aside, Jiraiya could feel the steady pulses of chakra around this woman, which was strange because one had to try to form chakra to be able to use it. Yet this woman was knocked out but her and that cat were still using it constantly, almost as if it was flowing around them yet never dispersing. To bad he had to just drop her off, he wanted to uncover the mystery of it. Oh well, he thought, I'll just hand her off to Tsunade, and she will do a better job of it anyways.
