Will smiled at Elizabeth's slim figure as she reached up to paint more of the wall. They had just got married the previous month, and after they got back after a fortnight on Honeymoon, they moved into their new, 3 bedroom house. Since they got back they had been decorating. They had both discovered they were a natural at it.
"Darling, have we decided on a date for the house warming party yet" Will asked as he brough a step ladder over to Elizabeth.
She shook her head. "Will, we have more rooms to decorate. Oh thanks" she said gratefully accepting the step ladder. She gave him a kiss as an extra thank you.
Will smiled at her playfully "I did not think you would be that grateful" he joked
"Careful Will, I could take it back" she said tapping him on the nose with her paint brush, she gave a badly concealed giggle when Will now had a light green paint splodge on his nose.
"Thats it Elizabeth. Now you have to pay" Will said grabbing her off the step ladder, Elizabeth squeeled with laughter. "No Will. Stop it" she said between laughs.
"No, no no." Will said getting his own paintbrush out. He stopped at the look on Elizabeths face "Okay, we'll duel, arms up" the arched their other arm over their heads "And en garde!"
The fight began, both of them hiding behing covered peices of furniture to 'reload'
They caught their reflection in the mirror. Their once clean faces were now almost completly green.
"Honestly you two" they looked up at the voice. It was Jack.
"Oh hi Jack" Will said acting non chalent "How are you?"
"As fine as fine can be. I was going to ask why you had not invited me to your house warming but this explains it. Ah marital bliss" he walked off without the word. They both waited untill he drove off in his big black car before they burst out laughing.
Elizabeth poked Will again "You will not win!"
Will laughed "I will not lose!"
She giggled. "Your going to have to catch me then Will" she said before rushing out.
Will dashed after her and followed her into one of the completed bedrooms. Will pounced and they both landed on the bed.
Will laughed "Draw?"
"Draw."
He leaned down and kissed her passionatly.
He stood back up and pulled her up too, he gave her another deeper, longer kiss and lifted her up off the ground.
Elizabeth gazed into his eyes "I love you" she wispered
"I love you too"
They walked out the room, leaving the once pristine bed sheets stained with green paint.
