Hey guys! I'm back again for my eighth fanfic...I seem to have run out of ideas on the others so, I tried to make another to not waste time… (Time is gold, you know!)
This is my first Inoichi-Ino story so don't expect me to do better! Obviously, it'll be more of a father-daughter one shot. (Who said I only like to make SasuIno stories? I'm also planning on making some Shikamaru, ItaIno, SaiSaku NaruHina and KibaSaku FFs!)
I'm so stressed up in school. Our teachers pressure us too much…
*sigh* teachers and favoritisms! I hate it when they're like that…comparing people to that 'special student'…
I still love school! ^.^
Why am I telling you all this? I…don't know…I just wanted to talk. Maybe it's because my 'Ino'-mode's turned on. Might as well start!
A father's way of comfort

She hated the rain so much. It reminded her of those piercing memories she had with the people she cared for. Rain drops serving as tears and the lighting like a knife that cut her in two. All in all, the rain didn't help out to get rid of those memories, but instead made them worse.
Just her luck, this had been one of those days. The rain began to pour as the drops came running down outside the window. It seemed as if the skies were insulting her; making her remember her past.
Flashbacks came to her mind, making her less sane. Soon, she starts throwing tantrums; which made her father run to her room and check up on her.
"I-Ino. Stay calm!" He said, trying to keep her from doing more damage.
She just ignored it as if she hadn't heard anything but instead, she shouted at him as her tantrums worsened. "NO! I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! LEAVE ME ALONE!
Her father sighed. It's been like this almost every day. He didn't even know how he managed to cope up with her. Maybe it was because he was a single parent. Ino's mother died in a car accident when she was 5. Because of that, he was the one left to take care of Ino. "Ino—"
"NO! NO MORE!" She screamed. As she tried to kick her father away.
Inoichi could understand why she was like this. She became depressed. She knew that she was and never told anyone because she doesn't want them to be troubled. And now, because of that, she is the one who's suffering. Inoichi; being a father, begins to feel sorry for his daughter and tries to help her even if he haves a hard time in doing so. Try to be patient, Inoichi. And remember that she's depressed. That's why she's acting like that…
He stopped talking to himself when Ino started throwing fits again. "Ino…please calm down!" He said again. But this time desperately.
"NO! NO MORE!" She broke down "I…I don't want to feel hurt anymore…no more…please…"
With that, he pitied her more. But he doesn't know what to do. If only her mother were here...She would have known what to do…He thought.
"N-no…more pain…" She said between sobs. "I…d-don't…want this…"
Inoichi went to her side, to comfort her. "Don't cry now, Ino." He said in a calm and soothing voice as he wiped of the tears that rolled down her cheeks. "You won't get hurt anymore."
"Promise?" she asked, looking at him like an innocent child.
Then he gave her a reassuring smile. "PROMISE!"
"I won't be hurt anymore?" Ino asked to be sure.
"No you won't and will never be."
She hugged him and smiled as well. "Thanks, daddy."
He then said nothing but then hugged back. I guess this is what she would have done too if she were only here...
Yeah…It was too short…
