The Assassin
He took one look at the guardian and a smile tugged his lip.
"This the best you got PB?" He said under his breath as he leapt. And the guardian fell.
"Get all the guards we got out there!" Princess Bubblegum screamed.
"And get me some more chamomile tea!"
The front wall opened as thousands of banana guards spilled out, all terrifed but brave. They circled Him, their spears aimed at his head. Banana guard #23 came forward,
"We do not know who you are but put your arms behind you head and come quietly, o-or else!"his stutter betraying his fear. As the banana guards readied for battle with the unknown assailant, they were both surprised and shocked to see Him slowly raise his arms to the top of his head. The collective sigh of relief could be heard throughout the candy kingdom, until it was too late. The sword strapped to his back flew from the scabbard faster than could be percieved as the twenty guards closest to Him dropped to the ground, in half.
The entire guard froze. Just long enough for another fifty to fall victim to his merciless blade. By now over five- hundred soldiers had run back to the castle, they would not be punished. The remaining guards were slowly edging away in fear of what might befall them.
"If you stay out of my way, you will be spared" He said, just loud enough that the banana guards could hear. At that, the final wave of guards ran back to the castle, whimpering like injured dogs.
He slowly advanced on the castle, kicking the triple reinforced door down with a powerful kick. He effortlessly found the Princess' safe room and carved a hole into that as well.
Princess Bubblegum, to her credit, masked her fear incredibly well as she brandished her sword against Him. She knew she could not win this way but she had to try. If only her hero were here. Finn would know what to do.
He advanced at an excruciatingly slow pace, the black cloak He wore dragging behind.
When He reached Princess Bubblegum He slowly tilted His head upwards.
Princess Bubblegum gasped.
"Finn?"
Hello! Dramatic right? I came up with the idea while I was doodling. I just imagined a really cool scene of Finn walking away while a gumball guardian fell in the background.
