Something silly because its a PALINDROMICAL DAY!

Kid was acting odd today, everybody couldn't help but notice. The shinigami who usually spent every possible minute of his life measuring out everything to make sure they were all perfect, was skipping happily today. That wasn't too odd, but the fact that his skipping was very unsymmetrical was. If Kid ever skipped (which he rarely did since he had more important tasks like keeping the world symmetrical), it was in a rigid straight line with deliberate slowness, so he made sure he didn't skip a nanometre out of line. But not today, he skipped in wild circles- or rather; various differently sized circular shapes as Kid would say in disgust if it were any other day. As it was today, Kid was too overjoyed to notice anything else.

Liz decided, it was for the best if Kid didn't notice his own strange behaviour, because if he did, he would probably die from a heart attack. Instead, she asked, "So what's gotten you so happy today?"

Kid, eyes sparkling happily, turned to her and breathed dreamily, "Today's date is a palindrome."

Typical. She should have guessed.

She raised a brow, as Kid than started to graffitti "21212" all over the Shinbusen walls which he fought so hard to keep clean and symmetrical. There would be hell when he finally snapped out of it.
