Their Happy Ending

It was one cold and silent night while InuYasha, Kagome, Sango, Miroku and Shippo were fighting yet another demon.

''Inuyasha! Use the Windscar!'' Kagome called to him.

''WINDSCAR!'' InuYasha called out. He had slain the demon!

"Kagome," said Inuyasha, "where's the jewel shard?"

Kagome paused. "Ehh… there wasn't one…"

The group sweat dropped.

"Do you mean to tell me we fought for nothing?!" Inuyasha said angrily, approaching Kagome.

Kagome put her hands up in defeat. "Calm down! It was a false one! I'm sorry, Inuyasha. It was a false alarm."

Inuyasha just snorted in response as Sango gave her a reassuring smile. They went to the village where the demon had been attacking. Out of appreciation from the villagers, they had a feast and stayed the night at the village. They then went to their rooms after the feast.

It was about 2:30 a.m. when Sango came into Miroku's room. Miroku didn't even notice her until she laid down next to him. He seemed stunned as she cuddled with him, falling asleep.
''Sango! What a surprise seeing you in here," said Miroku. "Ehh… why are you in here?'' Sango opened her eyes and glanced up at him. ''I'm here because I felt kind of lonely and .....'' she took a long breath ''I love you so much Miroku!''
She hugged him and gave him a kiss right when Inuyasha burst in to the room.

''Am I interrupting anything?'' he asked with a smirk.

Sango broke the kiss. She let a blush come fourth. Miroku looked stunned and yet VERY HAPPY! He was tempted to grab her around the waist and set her on his lap, initiating a make-out sequence once again.

''No, InuYasha you.…" Miroku began calmly. He then let his anger out and said, "OF COURSE YOU INTERRUPTED SOMETHING!"
Inuyasha flinched and replied, "Well, jeeze! Sorry, stupid monk, but we have a demon to kill!"
"OH GREAT!'' Sango and Miroku said at the same time. "Again?!
