Author's Note
This was written during my theater arts class. I wrote it to the song 'Kiss the Rain' by Yiruma. If you heard the song, you'd know.
It always makes me tear up. This is what I came up with. I hope you like it.
Her fingers move swiftly across the keys,
Her tears falling freely and slicking them even more.
This song. It always made her cry.
Her father wrote it for her.
He never finished it.
Now, it was hers to complete.
She could feel his love through the worn instrument,
a strange heat flowing through her hands.
She knew he liked it.
"I love you, too, Dad."
