Inuyasha and the gang were enjoying a nice feudal stroll when they came across the most peculiar creature. Though this was not uncommon seeing how Inuyasha himself is a half mortal/ half demon mutt. The creature leaped about on the rocks practicing what looked like ninja skills and nearby lay a bow staff. Miroku in all his intelligence stated the obvious to the rest of the posse'.
" I do believe there's something up ahead… kinda attractive…" Miroku began to spruce up as Sango turned in disgust.
" You'd do anything that has a heart beart," Sango spat.
" He hasn't done you yet…" Inuyasha started but was immediately thrown to the mossy floor as Kagome screached.
" SIT!"
" What the hell was that for?" Inuyasha yelled as he jumped up and down with angry marks floating above his brow indicting his current state of rage.
" Your own good!" Shippo piped like the little bitch he is. At which Inuyasha threw him against a tree. Kagome, growing weary of Shippo's complaining secretly pretended not to notice but laughed on the inside.
After the group had this slight row they turned they attention back to the strange creature which by Inuyasha standards wasn't all the odd. It looked like a cat demon yet had stripes across its face and a shaggy tress do that was styled like it was wind whipped. Kagome was the first one to approach the demon.
" Err Hi… Hello…" Kagome timidly came up behind the beast. It jumped up and turned around.
" Why did you have to scare me like that GAH!" The creature spoke in raspy annoying voice but yet made everyone feel the need to imitate it.
" If you don't mind us asking… what are you?" Inuyasha bluntly inquired.
" Only the sweetest animal in the forest," the creature replied.
" Yes but what are you?" Sango asked.
" I'm a liger demon… DUH!" the Liger seemed rather annoyed, but the group in all its lack of wisdom pressed on with their questions.
" What's a liger?" Shippo asked.
" GAHHH! A half lion / half tiger… I'm known for my magical powers," the liger scoffed.
" Well that's not too impressive," Inuyasha griped. " I mean almost everyone with half a brain and a full ass has magical powers in the forest."
At that moment the liger noticed Kagome's bicycle. The creature hopped up and down in exicitement while the others exchanged glances. He went to go inspect it closer leaving Kagome to feel slightly uneasy.
" LUCKY! Have you ever taken it off any sweet jumps?" the liger asked.
" Sweet jumps?" Kagome asked right back.
" HECK YA!" the liger exclaimed. The others perplexed by this sudden turn of events gathered into a huddle trying to decide what to do with this new found creature of the forest. Should they attack? What was a liger demon doing in this area of the forest and were they in trouble…
"What are you doing in this part of the forest demon?" Miroku asked. The liger looked up from the bike.
"I'm gonna fight the Wolverine demon tribe GAH!" the liger replied.
"What do you plan to fight them with?" Sango asked.
"My bow staff and a 12 gauge what else?" the liger answered back.
"A 12 gauge… why?" Kagome exclaimed.
" Well what would you do if a Wolverine demon had your cousin?" the liger asked. No one seemed to be able answer it because it seemed like a stupid question in the first place. "What are you doing in the forest?"
" We're searching for jewel shards," Shippo annoyingly responded.
" Good luck with that there's only like infinity of them," the liger joked. "So will you help me and join my gang?"
