Thoughts
Curled up on the couch, Keller looked off into space, thinking. Since she had found her soulmate, her life had gotten a lot better.
She and Galen had joined Circle Daybreak and were helping Lord Thierry deal with different missions.
The door opened quietly and Galen walked in. he smiled and picked her up, smiling wider when she giggled then he sat down with her on his lap. Keller curled up on his lap and kissed his cheek which made him blush slightly.
"Morning," she said. Earlier she had left him in bed, sleeping peacefully and came down to the lounge (well one of them) so her thoughts wouldn't wake him.
"Morning, why did you leave me?" he asked quietly. Stroking his arm with her fingertips, Keller smiled.
"I didn't want to wake you. With our connection, you would have heard me thinking," she told him. He smiled and kissed her lips.
Like this? he whispered through their bond. She kissed him back.
Yes, I love you, she told him back through their bond.
I love you too, he replied.
