Yanking the sweatshirt off with such ferocity his t-shirt comes off with it. Bare-chested, wrapping the still-warm clothing around the child's shivering form. "Dean, I've got her!"

An unearthly shriek, then thud! Sam's heart in his throat, gathering the child, sharing warmth. Cringing at Dean's pained growl - his brother loses his mind when children are being hurt.
Another shriek, then only Dean's laboured breathing as he leans against the door, side bleeding.
"She's alright, we got here in time."
Dean nodding, relieved. As expected, with the adrenaline spent he slumps to his knees. Sam's there.
