Germany is annoyed about the outfit he is forced to wear due losing a bet with Prussia and Italy's thoughts on the matter to Germany 'You look really pretty, vee'

"Germany?" Italy asked in a questioning voice and he blinked.
"Ja." Germany replied flatly and he sighed deeply to himself.
"Why are you wearing a dress?" Italy asked innocent as he tilted his head and looked at Germany's outfit. He could see a little bit of Germany's underwear and they were girl panties that happened to be candy corn printed ones. The black dress was tiny and showed off Germany's long legs.
"My bruder." Germany muttered bitterly and he could still remember how Prussia won the bet.
"Huh?" Italy asked in a confused voice and he blinked to himself.
"Mein Gott. It is because of my nitwit of a bruder." Germany replied in an irritated voice.
"Oh. You look really pretty, vee." Italy said happily and he giggled to himself.
"Shut up, Italy." Germany said flatly and his blue eyes were narrowed.
",But it is true. You look so pretty and it is Halloween." Italy told him calmly and he giggled for Germany was blushing.
"See I'm wearing a white flag. I was going to dress up as pasta, but my older brother would yell at me for he is dressing up as pasta and does not want to match this year." Italy commented happily and he noticed that the blush was gone.
"I'm going into hiding." Germany stated bluntly and his arms were crossed.
"I'll come with you." Italy told him cheerfully and he clung to Germany's arms.
"Alone." Germany said to him firmly.
"Is it because of your pretty and revealing costume?" Italy asked innocently as he tilted his head and giggled at Germany's embarrassed expression.
"Do shut up, Italy." Germany said in an annoyed voice and his cheeks were red.
"Aww, You are so embarrassed." Italy commented cheerfully and he hugged Germany tightly. His arms wrapped around Germany hips and he lowered one hand downwards.
"Your bottom is so tight and firm." Italy said innocently and he giggled at Germany's deep sigh.
"Why must you grab my ass?" Germany asked firmly and Italy just giggled.
"Because it is tight and firm just like everything else about you, Germany." Italy commented happily as he patted and felt Germany's bottom up now with both hands. "Plus it feels really nice and I like it, vee."
