Explosions rock the summer air shards of cement hurl upward hover and fall slowly….slowly and the ocean like a huge uncaring monster threatens to swallow this island settlement one man fights desperately to forestall certain disaster call him Inuyasha and watch as he begins his greatest battle follow him through a labyrinth of danger into a small secret place were love lives and death awaits it began a month before during a storm gray evening somewhere in Japan it began when two who had lost each other came together again kegome hegorashi stricken with a strange paralysis due to an unknown spell and Inuyasha found a common human comfort that day the ugliness of the past was forgotten listen all you people and mark it well- life can be beautiful! For the next 30 glorious days this pair discovered the gentile things of life the music in a laugh the meaning in a touch the trill in a sigh when they were in the garden of kegome's house at the magical time when the day surrenders to night looking out over a rainbow of clouds the garden spreading out around them and below were they sat on the hill there was a small stream laughing to its self as it tumbles over the rocks and a breeze ripples thru the grass and brushes they're checks with the softest of hands kegome sighed and said "I have news for you Inuyasha" she turned to him were they sat on the bench beside a small fountain that played its light music as the water fell into the basin she smiled "what is it?" he asked she looked deep into his amber eyes that were reflected back at him in her sea green eyes her smile grew as Inuyasha began as he so often did to play with her velvety ears (she is a half demon by the way) he smiled back kegome giggles and said "I hope it's a girl " he gasped "wh-wh-what?!?!"
