Okay! So this is my new story, Always and Forever. If you read the author's notes on my other story, Meeting Beautiful, then you've read my profile and have already seen the first chapter. Revisions were made. Hope you enjoy! ~Eliza
~Always and Forever~
Angela walked up to me and put her arm around my shoulder. "No date?"
"I have a date, just not with the right guy. I feel like I'm cheating on him, even if he said it was okay."
"SPILL!" she shouted gleefully. "Who asked you out? Why did Bronze Boy give you the OK?"
"Bronze Boy?" My God, Angela. Stop trying to give him nicknames. Try Edward, why don't ya."
"Stop avoiding the question," she insisted. "Tell all."
"Fine!" I snapped, irritated. "Mike Newton asked me out, and Edward said okay because duh, do you have any idea how fast that would get around? The mysterious Edward Cullen goes all possessive-ass on the new girl!"
Angela laughed. "He does have a nice ass, doesn't he. A male model would be lucky to have that kind of butt. It isn't one of those flat hollow man-asses I totally hate. Perfec-"
"Shut up, Angela!" I hissed.
I glanced across the cafeteria and we locked eyes for a moment. He smirked, his golden eyes lighting with amusement, and I knew he had heard us. I blushed and looked away, practically dragging Angela away. "Ugh."
Angela started rapidfiring me again, but I put my hands up. "The little get-together is at La Push on Saturday. Invitation isn't open, Mike said, but I think that was just to keep Edward away. You can come."
"Sorry, I got a Math test Monday and I need to study, bad."
I shrugged. "Good luck with that."
Ugh, gym. I left Angela at her locker, heading towards the dreaded place.
Later
"So I have a nice ass, do I? Perfect and round?"
I blushed furiously. "Uh."
He just chuckled. "Very interesting conversation with Angela there. Apparently 'possessive-ass' isn't good for gossip?" he teased. "And why does everybody here think I should be a damn male model? I look down on man sluts, but that's me, not them."
"Imagine what they would say if they saw you under stage lights."
He laughed. "Bye, love. I'll pick you up after school. Try not to kill too many of your classmates!" was the last thing he called over his shoulder. Damn, why did I ever mention that he hadn't seen me in gym class? That tennis racket fiasco was nothing compared to what I usually faced.
After gym, in which Bella whacks Jessica with a jump rope handle
After facing yet another disastrous gym class, I exited the changing room. Jess was going to have a nasty lump on her head. What kind of school has jump ropes with metal handles anyway? That's dumb! They should be sued! Ugh. Oh well. At least I had English last period, which was a relatively harmless class. I was excited to see Edward again. He was going to drop me off at Charlie's, then sneak around the house and be in my room by the time I got upstairs. Most days he would come in with me to help me with my homework (and maybe get in a few kisses) but it was Friday, and no homework. I vaguely wondered what would happen at La Push the next day…
Something way more than hot dogs and French fries, but how could I know that?
It's Eliza. Hope you liked that first chapter. Next up- meeting Jacob!
"Oh, I'm so sorry." I made to scramble away, but the handsome boy caught me gently by the wrist.
"Can I get your name?"
"Uh. Bella, Bella Swan."
"Charlie's daughter, right? Maybe we can get together sometime. Can I have your number?"
"I have a boyfriend."
Yup guys, that will be in the next chapter… PLUS BELLA'S SLIGHTLY SCANDALOUS NEXT WORDS.
