Hello! Second fanfiction and this one is significantly less dark than my first.
I'm not very skilled at writing happy things, so I tried to challenge myself and this story that used the word "love" way too much came out of my brain.
So, in a way, this is one of my first fanfictions because it is my first non-dark or sad fanfiction.
Hopefully you like this, but if you don't, I'm cool with that.
He wasn't supposed to love him.
You'd think that he would be repelled by the boy, after all, he was a walking sun and Nico was the epitome of the moon.
But he couldn't find it in him to stay away; that boy was so intriguing and new to him because how could you be that happy?
How could you be that bright when the world is a terrible place to live and tragedy is everywhere?
How could you put on a smile and brave the world's hatred?
Blonde hair, sparkling eyes, bright smile: Will Solace was too good for him.
He was a flame and Nico was a snowflake, he was a miracle and Nico was the tragedy that everyone hated and feared.
Life's idea of love was twisted in ways he could not understand.
Nico tried to stay away from him, but he was drawn to Will like a moth to the light, which made terrible sense because Will was the personified version of light.
And even though Nico hated sunshine, he could not find it in himself to hate this version of sunshine: Will Solace.
Will was impossible to hate, even for a boy such as Nico.
But Will was impossible to love, as well, for darkness can not love the light without getting blinded.
Will Solace was the opposite of Nico di Angelo and maybe that was why Nico loved him as much as he did.
It wasn't quite clear why Will loved him.
He was drawn to the boy who claimed to hate him, the boy who people seemed to either fear or overlook.
Raven black hair, pale skin, dark eyes that held too much misery for him to comprehend: Nico di Angelo was a walking enigma.
He was miserable but put on a smile when his younger sister came around.
Nico was a boy who life disliked immensely and Will sought to find a solution.
The more Nico resisted him, the more determined Will became to break down the walls he had built up.
He seemed to think the world was cruel, and perhaps he was right in some ways, but Will wanted to help him see the light in life again.
He wanted to help him, not fall in love with him.
But Nico, despite being a little dark, was a wonderful, kind person who took pity upon others and Will loved him.
Nico, who looked adorable even when he was angry and Will loved him.
He did not understand why, but the little ghost boy made him happier than he had ever been before.
Will couldn't help but smile when he saw Nico, and Will loved him.
It was quite an odd feeling, being in love.
Finite Incantium.
Thanks for reading, amigos.
Thanks for reading my story! (Even if you disliked it, thanks for reading because you still took the time to read it).
