"How dare you, Lily!" Shouted Rose, springing up from a red chair in the Gryffindor common room.
"What have I done wrong this time, Rose?" Lily asked, entering the common room with her new boyfriend, Scorpius Malfoy.
"You told Proffesser Longbottom I skipped out on my rounds last night!" Rose responded, nearing Lily.
James, Albus, Hugo, Roxanne and Fred joined in, leaving their spaces from around the flame in th fireplace. Albus reached out an arm to stop Rose as she gained distance upon Lily.
This wasn't the first time Rose pushed around her youngest cousin, it had been going on for years. It was simple,
Rose had always been jealous of Lily. She craved th attention Lily got, though Lily never asked for it. Lily was one of the shyest people Rose knew. She never respected that, and it lead to the bullying. Tonight it was about to get worse.
"Because you did." Lily said simply.
"I did NOT." Rose pushed away Albus, closing the distance between herself and Lily.
"Lies." Smack. Rose had already smashed her fist against the girls cheek, causing Lily to fall to the floor. Fred and Roxanne pushed Rose back, who had covered her mouth with her hand, surprised of her actions.
Lily lay on the floor infront of everyone, her flaming hair spread out arund her. Scorpius dropped to his knees along with her brothers, pushing her hair out f her eyes.
"Lily?" Scorpius looked into her chocolate brown eyes, which were filled with tears.
"Lils?" Albus and James looked to one another, then Albus turned to where Rose sat on the couch alone, her head in her hands.
He stood up, taking two long strides and pried Rose's face forwards.
"You bitch, going after my sister like that when we're all right here! How could you, Rose?" Albus angerily spat,
his hands shaking her shoulders.
Rose pulled away from her cousin, and ran up to her dorm, leaving Albus speechless.
Lily wasn't to injured, just a broken jaw. Something Madam Pomfrey could easily fix.
When Scorpius and Albus graduated Hogwarts, Lily through the two a graduation party. Rose wasn't invited.
When Lily graduated, her family threw her a party. Rose wasn't invited.
When Scorpius and Lily got married, Rose wasn't invited.
When Scorpius and Lily had their first baby, Rose never met him.
10 years after the incident, Lily and Scorpius were making their way to Rose's flat to apoligize. Lily got struck by lightening. Scorpius died of a broken heart 2 days later.
Rose self harmed until Albus had caught her in the bathroom. He forced her to get help, for her sake.
When Rose had her first child, she named her Lily.
