The Avatar's Thoughts

A poem, meant to be sung to the tune of "Aang's Theme" from the show. For a moment, the Avatar's thoughts run deep like the power he holds inside.

Disclaimer: I don't own Avatar: The Last Airbender, or any of the music from the show, either.

A/N: Originally completed...sometime during the airing of the first season, maybe 2006? The poem is meant to be sung to the tune of "Aang's Theme" (is that what the song is called?), the instrumental that plays when Aang glows it up and gets all cool. If you can't remember the song I'm talking about, try this: it played during the opening moments of the very first episode, while the "camera" was panning over the South Pole and eventually took us down to see Sokka and Katara in their canoe. Air

Fills my wings.

Roaring flame

'Round me sings.

Water flows

From my hand.

Solid earth

Is my stand.

Here I am—
