Blankets and Covers
A Blanket of darkness falls over my heart
as the sky turns to night
and I start to wake up
just to start dreaming about you
A blanket of light fall over the dark
as I stand to get ready
and my thoughts bind me
just when I think about you
A cover of darkness falls over me
as I try and run from you
and I'm forever pulled
just from thoughts of you
A cover of light falls over me
as I try to hide form you
and you always find me
just the way I am
And you pull the blankets and covers off me
Just then I feel happy
as I can't hide or run
a love has finally found me!
This poem was actually wrote in the thought of Hiei and Kurama being together, and Kurama finally getting Hiei to open up.
Again, just like all of my poems, they relate to me.
