Disclaimer: Not mine… stop making me sad
Farewell Sebastian
"Young Master it's time to wake up" Sebastian carrying a tiny cart filled with biscuits and tea was about to knock on his master's door until he noticed a small paper taped to it.
He read it.
"Dear Sebastian,
Before you enter this room I want you to finish reading this.
I've had many memories, some good, some bad, some quite disturbing and demeaning, but my life is full of revenge Sebastian. There was nothing more for me to do in this world. There is no longer a place for me."
Sebastian's heart froze, that's when he noticed the style of the writing was messy, sloppy, and if anything else Ciel was shaking as he wrote this.
He noticed water stains dripped all over the note. Sebastian read on.
"With each day that passes by my life becomes duller, each passing minute seems longer than the last, I can't take it anymore. My heart aches to see you everyday with the same smile on your face, I wonder, what is the point of such a long life? If I ever see you again Sebastian I hope with all my heart I am living a normal happy life even if it means having an idiotic smile splashed across my face I want to be normal. It's all quite funny Sebastian, I love you, I always had. But demons can't love. I learned it the hard way around. Time seems to speed up when I'm around you. I couldn't bring up the courage to talk to you about it. I'm sorry to spoil your dinner, I just wanted to let you know now that I'm…" a tear splotch
"Love (ha ha ridiculous isn't it...)
Ciel Phantomhive"
"It can't be" Eyes wide Sebastian rushed into the room, his ruby eyes doubtful and hungry for information and surely enough on the pure white king-sized bed was a cerulean figure covered with blood.
Near the edge of the bed laid a pistol, the one Ciel always kept under his pillow in case of emergencies. It laid there cold and inanimate.
All possible sensations had left Sebastian's leg; all furniture had become invisible all tiny details dissipated, he refused to take his eyes off of the boy. He staggered towards the body, and caressed the adolescent teen's face, he had always looked like a doll to him, so quiet and... beautiful. Sebastian laid the child's head against his lap. Just yesterday he was still happily eating one of Sebastian's pastries...; something struck the ex-butler. Just yesterday he looked down at his cake admiringly… like it was the last time he was going to see them.
The warm sun rested upon Sebastian's pale skin but to him is felt as cold as ice.
Multiple streams of tears left Sebastian's eyes. It wouldn't stop. The silent tears became soft sobs "but demons can't love"
The man bent down to kiss the boy softly, lovingly, foolishly.
"That's right my lord, demons can't love… just like they can't cry"
