Tears flowed freely down her face as she opened up the slightly aged piece of paper, the only thing left of her mother. she read it slowly, closing her eyes imagining her mothers face with every word.
"My Dearest Daughter Kimberly" it started off.
"If you truly understand what has been going on
within the inner realms of my minds, you already
know I have been treading on a dangerous territory
for quite sometime now. A territory that has only
Gotten worse since I first set foot on it two months ago.
It pains me to think it took writing this note to get someone to notice.
Not that no one knows. I have told Martin but hes chosen to ignore my turmoil.
He never would have found out on his own, and that in itself hurts the most.
has he really not noticed my silence? has he not noticed I'm Slipping away?
I'm so very sorry If I am being an inconvience. I promise you i will not be for
very much longer. kimberly please, allow these to be my last words.

she held in her tears for a couple more moments, still feeling the shock and pain of her mothers death
she sat there silently sobbing for a couple minutes before she decided she couldn't control her emotions anymore
she had to get out and do something. she glanced up at the clock with teary eyes. the time was 3:35 she was due at the dojo at 4
kim grabbed her bag and ran out the door into the bitter cold.
once she got into the dojo she immediatly ran to the dummies punching and kicking them with all her might. It was all she could do to keep the tears from spilling out of her chocolate orbs. kim hit the dummy with such force that its head went flying off. The guys walk in just in time to see the dummies head go bye.
quickly they run over to her and ask her whats wrong. she ignored their questions and kept hitting the dummy much more forcefully than before. Jack moved the dummy out of the way. Kim struck a forceful punch into his side instantly regretting fell to the ground in pain. "JACK" she screamed, tears creeping their way out of her eyes and onto his chest. "I'M SO SORRY..! Its just...December thirteenth..." she stated wispering the final part of her sentence. Jack looked up at her confused. "December thirteenth?" he questioned. she looked down at the ground in shame. "You wouldnt understand..." she stated before helping him up and walking herself to the locker room ignoring the looks of confusion behind her.
