heyyyyy this is a little one-shot for my friend, thebestyoshi. I am soooooo sad cause I'm leaving her, so this story is dedicated to her. the idea comes from a math project of ours (dont ask...)
"Bet you're too wimpy to do my dare!" Yoshi, the friendly green dinosaur, was not feeling very friendly at the moment, what with his self-proclaimed 'friend' jumping around him.
"Please, just leave me alone."
"No! Hm... must find good dare..."
"Ugh, Toad..." Yoshi sighed. He'd have to do the dare or else Toad would probably annoy him to death.
"I know! See that pink M&M on that cliff face? It's said to be reaaaaaally special! I, Toad the mushroom, dare you, Yoshi the dinosaur, to use these bow and arrows to hit the M&M from here!" Toad conjured some bow and arrows from midair.
"Uh... Okay..." Yoshi replied.
"Blinfolded!"
"WHAT?! No!"
"Or... I could annoy you to death!"
"GAH! Fine, I'll do it!" Yoshi said, fright evident on his face over the prospect of the second option.
"Excellent! Let's get set up!" Toad said.
A few minutes later...
"Good, we're ready! GO!" said the little mushroom, jumping around with excitement.
Yoshi, who took archery lessons for a while before, hit the cliff face many times, but none hit the small pink dot. Ugh, I'm not going to have many arrows le–
"Yoshi, your arrows are self-replenishing." Never mind...
An hour later, on hit 319th shot...
Snap!
"YAY! Yoshi, you did it! You are the best!"
"Really? I hit it?!" Yoshi asked in exuberance.
"Yup! Congrats!" said Toad.
"Great! Now leave me alone..." said Yoshi, running away.
"NYOOOO come backkkkk!" sahouted Toad, trying to run after our favorite green, friendly dinosaur.
