So adorable...shame there isn't much for that pairing anymore, for some reason...I'm totally gonna write some more for those two...I just love them as a couple so, so much...

Short drabble thing...:P
Saki Konishi was beautiful; there was no doubt about it in Adachi's mind. Her beauty had practically stolen both Adachi's heart and soul the moment he had laid eyes on her.
However...there was something else about Saki. Something that Adachi didn't quite comprehend as well as he had hoped. It was the way Saki spoke, the way she walked, the way she treated others, the way she reacted to stressful situations...it was all just so interesting, and Adachi couldn't get enough of it. Everything about the ordinary teenage girl seemed to captivate him in a way he couldn't explain. It was like seeing the femme fatale character from one of his favorite crime novels come to life right before his eyes. Of course, he thought the same thing about every woman that caught his eye, but that was of little worry to him. Adachi wanted to learn everything he could about Saki. He would visit the liquor shop every day in hopes of gaining information from her parents, but it never worked.
In a way, Adachi possibly considered Saki to be the very epitome of the beauty he himself had always secretly desired to find in a woman. Whether it was lust or true affection that fueled Adachi's determination to obtain the young girl, the youthful detective himself couldn't say. All he knew was that he had to get his hands on Saki...every thought in his mind revolved around Saki, rarely anything else. When he wasn't focusing on the murder cases or dealing with his boss Dojima, he wondered what Saki was up to, or what she was eating for dinner, or things like that. Adachi was being drawn deeper and deeper into his own somewhat inane obsession with Saki, and he just didn't know when to stop. He even stole a pair of Saki's panties from the gym locker room once!
Adachi couldn't deny the fact that he was slowly developing back into being nothing more than a perverted stalker...just like those last few times. When he heard that Saki had been the first to find the corpse of Mayumi Yamano, Adachi saw this as the perfect excuse to 'interrogate' the girl. All he hoped now was that it won't end with him having to kill his prey this time...at least, not until AFTER he's had his way with her...
