No I do not own Bakugan **Sobs**. If I did Alice and Shun would be together already!!!!
Alice's POV
Me, Runo and Julie were all getting ready for the annual school dance. Everyone was really excited about it, even the boys! Well almost everyone was excited……. I wasn't. Julie was going with Billy, Runo was going with Dan, Marucho was going with a girl in his class called Amanda and I was going with….. no one.
I asked Shun if he would like to go with me, but he couldn't. His grandfather was making him stay at home doing training.
Shun's POV
All week, all Dan, Billy and Marucho could talk about was the annual school ball! Dan was Runo's date, Billy was Julie's and Marucho was Amanda's. I couldn't go, because my grandfather decided I had to do training instead! Which wasn't fair. Poor Alice, I felt so bad. She asked me to the dance, but I couldn't go. Now she is going by herself. How I wish I could have been there. Maybe I could of finally told her how I feel. But that plan was ruined as I couldn't go.
Nobody's POV
All of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers were amazed as the walked into the great hall where the dance was to be held. It looked magical. It was so beautiful. The roof twinkled like the stars. It had fairy lights all over it. It was creating the illusion of dancing under the stars. This would prove to be very romantic to everyone. Except poor Alice, who wouldn't be dancing with anyone she felt love for.
Soon after the ball got underway. Everyone was dancing. Alice sat in the corner, on a chair, admiring the happy couples who were lost in each other's arms. It was so romantic. Alice felt her heart rip into two. She felt a warm tear, slowly slide down her cheek. She decided to go and get some fresh air. She walked outside. Their was a paved area outside surrounded in flowers and fairy lights. Around it was a rail entwined in vines. On the outside of the railing was a pond that surrounded to whole paved area, except a little part that was a pathway. In the pond were lily pads and beautiful pink flowers. The whole setting was a dance floor too. But it was for the people who wanted to get away from everyone else and dance away in their partner's arms and hold each other in a never ending embrace. Alice held onto the railing and looked down at herself in the pond. She could see her eyes welling up with tears. The tears fell like raindrops, creating little ripples in the water. Alice heard footsteps, but she didn't bother turning around, as she assumed it was just a happy couple coming outside to be alone for a little while.
"May I have this dance?"- Someone asked Alice.
Alice spun around, wiping her tears away. She looked up, and their he was. His big emerald eyes looking into her big beautiful brown ones.
"Shun you came!?"- Alice screamed.
"I only just got here"- Shun replied softly.
"But how? I thought your grandfather forbade you to come?"- Alice said back.
"He did, but I snuck out, I had to come"- Shun said, smiling.
"Why did you have to come? It wasn't compulsory"- Alice said sounding a little confused.
"Love never is compulsory Alice"- Shun said quietly.
Alice cocked her head in confusion.
"I came because I needed to be with you"- Shun said.
"Shun?"- Alice replied.
"Yeah Alice?"- Shun said sounding confused.
"May I please accept your offering on that dance?"- Alice said giggling.
"Of course"- Shun said laughing back.
Shun held out his hand, and Alice placed her hand into it. Shun pulled her close and they swayed slowly from side to side.
Shun lifted Alice up and Spun her around. They looked into each other's eyes. Shun moved his face closer to Alice's and Alice closed the gap, kissing Shun.
"I love school dances!"- Said Shun happily. As they pair danced the night away, entwined in each other's embrace.
