Some choices are harder then others

Commander Shepard sat at the bar his drink in front of him he had a decision to make and he know it wasn't an easy one. Ashley Williams or Miranda Lawson, how could he pick one and break the others one heart. They were so similar and yet so different. Was he in love with their similitudes or their differences? Dammit this war and dam dying once. He should be happy right that he was given a second chance but that chance came with a price and that price was Miranda Lawson who had managed to make him fall in love. Ashley had been the only thing on his mind as he was dying. As he was feeling his life come to end all he could think was how only a couple hours ago she had been in his arms. Telling him how much she cared for him. When he first come too his eyes looked up hoping to see her brown eyes looking at him instead he saw Miranda cobalt eyes looking at him. He took a sip of his drink and ordered another one. He thought about the second time he come too, that voice so captivating calling demanding for him to get out of that bed and leading him to safety. And finally meeting her, seeing her shot some one point blank no hesitation, no regret, realizing that she truly is loyal with no question asked personality. But all he can remember wanting for the weeks following his resurrection all he wants is to find Ashley Williams and tell her how much she means for him… but now was it Miranda's looks that lured him or Ashley's words that pushed him away… pushed him towards her. Sure Miranda's looks called his attention physical, her cat suit made her looks that much better… but her lack of trust in him her ability to question his orders and speak her mind almost like Ashley did but only different she wasn't as blunt about it she just said it, her eyes would just let him know how much she disagreed with his decision. Both of them so willing to protect does close to them he reminisced how Ash told him about how she took some time away to be there for her sister, Miranda so focused on their mission unwilling to ask for help but yet reached out to him when her sister needed her. After Horizon, it was Ashley that killed him emotionally calling him a traitor but it was Miranda who put him back together who gave his live a reason again. She didn't know how much that kiss meant to him, he recalled how he had gone to her office and how they were fighting again she saying how wished that her organization had recruited her earlier, him demanding a explanation for all Jack for what he had seen, he accusing her of being envious of him; both of them find each other lips. At that point their relationship had changed he knows he was playing with fire and he didn't care if he got burned. And now how does he choose between the person who didn't trust him at the beginning but left an entire life for him…. And the women who trusted him in the beginning and then doubt him and refused to even think about living hear life for him but now she was willing to trust him.
