It was the kind of day that you would wish you could be at home in bed sleeping. Dark clouds covered the sky and it was raining. One person in particular wished she could be back at home in bed, fast asleep. This person was, of course, Haruhi.

But alas, she had to go to school and then help out with the Host Club. She sighed and walked into the school building, ignoring the rain as it fell onto her. Besides, she was already saturated.

Walking into her first class, she didn't even flinch when the twins Kaoru and Hikaru appeared by her side.

"Hey, Haruhi!" Hikaru said.

"You're looking very... uh.. wet today." Kaoru noted, glancing at her hair which was plastered to her head.

"Yes, it's raining outside." she said.

"Wouldn't Tamaki just love to see you like this!" Kaoru laughed.

"Quick! We've got a few minutes before class starts!" Hikaru chuckled, grabbing Haruhi's arm and dragging her out of the classroom with Kaoru following eagerly.

"Ahh, what are you doing!?" Haruhi asked in annoyance.

"Just relax." Hikaru said. Kaoru laughed and Haruhi soon realised she was being taken to the third music room. Of course. They were going to show her off to Tamaki. She sighed and rolled her eyes, allowing them to pull her along.

"Quiet, now." Hikaru said, grinning evilly and slowly pushing the door open. The three of them slowly crept into the room, and Haruhi was pushed in front. There was murmuring heard and they all froze, wanting to hear what was being said.

"I don't want to be your father any more, Haruhi. No, no. Um, Haruhi, take this. Just a nice little present from daddy. Er, no. How about, here Haruhi! Daddy wants you to have this! Argh. None of those sound right!" Haruhi stared at where Tamaki was sitting on the lounge that was facing the other way. In his hand was a strawberry lollipop.

"Uh, Senpai?" Haruhi said quietly. The twins could have killed themselves in frustration. Tamaki leapt up from the lounge and spun around to see her, his eyes going wide.

"Haruhi!" he gasped, then practically melted. "Ah, you're so cute!" he ran over, grabbing her shoulders and admiring her wet appearance.

"Senpai, can I have that lollipop?" she asked, figuring she'd help him out just this once.

"Oh, this?" Tamaki said, stepping back and chuckling lightly while looking at the lollipop in his hand. "Sure, you can have it." he held it out to her, letting his head drop down so that his hair covered his eyes and going down on one knee.

"Uh, I didn't tell you to propose." Haruhi said, taking the lollipop out of his hand. There was a snort of laughter behind her from the twins and she sighed. Tamaki quickly stood up again and brushed himself off, laughing nervously.

"Shouldn't you be in class?" he asked.

"Yeah, I just got kidnapped." she shrugged. Tamaki grabbed her and his eyes went wide.

"What? Who kidnapped you?" he asked, his voice distraught.

"They did." Haruhi shrugged, pointing at the twins who suddenly froze and attempted smiling innocently. Tamaki lunged at them angrily and Haruhi sighed, walking out and back to class with the lollipop.

"We didn't kidnap her!" came a yell from the third music room. Haruhi lowered her head and chuckled.

"Tamaki, your protectiveness is charming." she whispered.
