I have been looking for this Pezberry fic for almost a year now and I still can't find it! Please Help!
Santana gets put into the future and meets her life with Rachel, she realizes her family is not happy. She is also unfaithful to Rachel and cheats on her. One of her kids catch on that she is not the 'real" Santana. Through realizing the faults she tries to fix it all.
