1 Victim
Part One
Angelus
A/N: This is the first part in a series. I have a Faith, Glory, and regular vampire to type out, as well. I hope you enjoy. =)
It was dark and I was leaving school. Yes, I know. Going to school on a Saturday night is a social hazard, but Mr. Billings assigned us some killer homework over the weekend. Killer, ha. Normally I wouldn't do homework of any kind but Dad's been sick and Mom wants me to get an 'A' in History. Like that would ever happen. Anyway, I just so happen not to have any textbooks what so ever. So I went to the library.
I was doubtful that anyone would even be there, but just my luck that creepy librarian and the nerd squad were. Buffy Summers was the leader of the group of losers and was nothing but trouble. She gave Sunnydale High a bad name. I heard she attacked Cordelia Chase with a pointy stick and yelled at her and choked her until she would agree to give her a strand of her hair as a memento. How gross!
Mr. Giles and Alexander Harris looked at me like I was an alien. Me? An alien? I think not. They told ME to leave. I should mention how much I dislike that group. I got my book and ran. I hate them so much.
I started to walk home and for once I was glad to go. I tripped. Just great. Today my mother made me wear the ugliest shoes. But luckily I have the coolest boyfriend and he said they looked great on me. I stop to tie my shoe. I hear footsteps behind me. They're not mine, as I had thought before. I spin around.
I smile. I thought it was a stalker, death coming toward me. But it isn't. It's just a really cute guy. Really is the understatement of the century. This guy is FINE! He's wearing the tightest leather pants ever, this is a good thing, and an adorable velvet red shirt. He takes a step toward me.
"It's dark, you shouldn't be out this late. You should go home." Home? Who does this guy think her is? My father? "But not alone. Maybe I should walk you. It's a *big bad* world out there." Bingo. He could walk me home and we can get married. Yep that's the plan.
"That would be nice. I wouldn't want to be eaten or something." He chuckled. Did I make a joke? I didn't think so. Maybe he's new to this town. This is a weird ass town. Sunnydale, home of weirdness. Everbody knew it. Mysterious blood draining, green scaly things, the list was endless. I know what goes bump in the night. My father is a demonolisgist. He mostly studies a demon called the Thesulac Demon. It feeds on fear or something. It's weird anyway, just like this town. "Did I say something funny?"
"Nope. Just ironic." Ironic? And what might that be? He steps closer. Now he's standing in my personal bubble. Our noses could have touched. "You know Buffy Summers?" I nodded. I wouldn't say anything about her to a stranger. "Good. I'd like to send her a message."
"A m-message? She's in the school. I can run in there and tell her what you want me to tell her." He shook his head.
"No, no, no. You don't get it. You will be the message. It will be like an I love you sort of thing. What do you think?" Now I know. He's a stalker. Poor Buffy.
Eck! I'm feeling sorry for the girl with a cute stalker. "I don't understand. How can I be a message?" Oh. "Oh!" He was going to kill me. Like I was just going to let that happen. What did I do? I ran. I ran just like any normal person. But he cought me.
"Now here's the message." He grabbed my neck. Snap.
