Together at last

I lost my keys- in the great unknown and call me please cuz I cant find my phone this is the stuff that drives me crazy this is-

"What drives you crazy?" Percy asked as he walked in my cabin. "Percy!" I cried. "What in the gods are you doing here?" "Nothing much I heard music so I came to join the party!" He said. ''Gosh Percy no party just playing music."

"No need to be in on my business." I said "Whoa!" ''Defensive

Annabeth what's your problem?"

"Nothing sorry." I said. "Hey it's fine anyway I didn't know you listened to christen music." He said

"Ya I do its better than listen to that, what do you call it….rap music."

"Hey!" Percy cried. "Rap music is perfectly awesome!"

"Okay what ever you say." I mumbled. "You want to go walk on the beach? "Percy asked

Wow. I thought that came out of nowhere. A walk on the beach with Percy that will be nice he so funny, nice, strong, cute- wait I DON'T like we are just friends.

"So you up for it?" Percy asked.

"Huh? Oh! Yes sure let's go!" I cried a little too eager.

"Annabeth are you all right?" Percy asked.

"Hmm? Oh ya im perfectly fine. Why do you ask?"

"Umm...Because your acting all weird." He said

"Okay what ever lets just go." i said.

I'm walking with Percy on the beach and I have to say my heart wants to be with him more than my head. I'm so torn! "What's wrong"? Percy asked. "Huh? Oh! I'm just thinking" I mumbled. "No you had that expression on your face." He said. Ugh! Why does he know me so well?

"What expression?" I asked innocently. "That face you make when you're thinking really hard; I can almost see the gears turning in your head." He said. "Whatever forget it seaweed brain." Why are boys so clueless?

"Wait! I want to know!" he whined. "Did you just whine like a baby seaweed brain?" I laughed. "No!" he tried to defend himself. "You did, whatever, so let's go down to the pavilion for dinner okay?" I said. "Man I have to sit alone Tyson's not here!" he said. "I'll sit with you." I said trying to control myself. It will be like a date if I sit with him! Cause we will be all alon- "nah. It's okay" he said.

"Fine sit alone seaweed brain!" I said. I was on the verge of tears I wanted to run away but it felt like my legs were cemented to the ground. Why doesn't he understand?

I've liked him scince the first time he came here he's my hero! And look at him he obviously doesn't feel the same way! "ugh! I hate you seaweed brain!" I said. Then I ran away.

"ugh! I hate you seaweed brain!'' Annabeth said. What! What did I do? "You should go after her.'' Chiron said.

"What?'' I said "I don't even know why she is running away from me.'' I said. "I am surprised you haven't noticed before percy but, Annabeth has fallen for you."

Wow the girl of my dreams is falleing for me and I just let her run away! Stupid, stupid me!

"hey Annabeth" i said camly

"what do you want Percy?" she asked coldly

i was about to do somthing drastic but i needed to do it.

"you."i said. then i turned her around and kissed her passionatly for over a minute when i came up for air ahe looked shocked.

then after a minute of staring at me she said:"i want you to" And then we kissed while the sun set on the beach.
