Uhm...so this should've been in the series of oneshots i was planning on, but i decided to not continue that, so i just published this.

The idea of making this came to me right after I wrote my Kallen-Lelouch oneshot (okay..I'm not really a fan of that pairing, i just did it for a friend). I even researched a little for this...

I don't own Code Geass!

Violet, Gold, and White

Violet.

For royalty. Yes, he is one. He was born in the royal world. That is usually shown at how elegant and elaborate he always is.

For purpose. He has a purpose. Everything he does is for the good of his sister. Before. it was changed on course of his plans.

For spiritual fulfillment. Ha. As if he has a religion. He already abandoned his soul ever since he started planning the revenge of his loved ones.

For magic and mystery. Does that pertain to his Geass? Without it, he won't be able to start all of this. And he loves mystery. He just hates it if he isn't the one mysterious. But it really might be the reason why he picked violet for his Zero costume, and the emperor's clothes.

Gold.

For wealth and grandeur. Damn, he already have those. He was born in that world. And he doesn't really care for it.

For health. He doesn't care for his health. All he cares is for the health of his sister. That's all.

For happiness and optimism. Impossible. He isn't happy, that's obvious. And he's a realist, not an optimist. He might even be a pessimist.

For courage. This is the most probable reason why he used it for the lining of his clothes. He needs courage. If he doesn't have, he'll fail.

White.

For purity. Of what? Of the mind and soul? His soul surely is dark. And though he usually wore white, his soul never became purified.

For kindness. Yeah, he is kind, inside. But outside he is cruel. He needed to. For him to attain his one and only goal.

For peace. The one he's trying to get a hold of. Maybe that's the real reason why he used the white as a part of his clothes as an emperor. It symbolizes it.

"You're unfair," a green-haired woman said, clutching something. She sat beside a grave, where her loved one lies. She pouted. "I'm older than you, but you died first. And you didn't even answer my last question."

FLASHBACK

"Hey, I'm really intrigued by this, but why did you choose violet, gold, and white for your clothes?" she said, watching him as he looked at the mirror, checking his clothes. He just grinned at her, and replied, "why not choose them?"

END OF FLASHBACK

"Now your clothes have one additional color," she said, trying to make her voice cheerful, though tears are already flowing down her face. she stared at the white, violet, and gold colored clothes he last wore before he died. And truth be told, there's one more color.

Now she'll forever hate the color crimson.

Crimson.

For courage.

For violence.

For martyrdom.

And lastly, for blood.
