"Dean, why are we here? And why do we have a sock? A single sock?"
"I told you that you will see, Shay."
It was a cloudy but warm weather. They continued to walk but Seamus did not stop complaining. He was never that patient. It took them about 30 minutes until Dean stopped and his irish friend bumped into him. They stood in front of a stone.
"Dobby...? Isn't this the house elf..?"
Dean nodded and put the sock to so many other socks on the grave.
"He saved me when I was captured in Malfoys house a year ago. When Harry arrived...the elf died. He was stabbed with a knife. When Harry saved him in our second year, he gave him a sock and this is the reason why we're here. I wanted to thank him. Because of him I was able to get back. He is the reason why we're be together.."
Shay listened to him and put the sock next to Deans sock before he wrapped his arms around his stomach. He hugged him back and placed his chin on Seamus' hair. They continued to just stay there for a while and looked at the amazing view in front of them. Because of this little creature they were together, happy and alive. Shay did not want to imagine what would have happened without him. Dean would be dead for sure. Or insane. Sadly he could never thank Dobby in person for what he did.
"We can come here every year now...if you want to. After all, without him I'd not be with you..."
Seamus let go of his boyfriend to look at him. It was still annoying for him to look up because he was so small.
"Yes, I'd love to come back here."
Dean leaned down to seal their promise with a kiss.
