I really love the ten year old Tom Riddle, he's such a cutie! And I really love little, dark haired boys like Lucius (game), Tom Riddle, the ones from horror movies or the one from the Netflix movie little devil (or something like this..)

Insane House Challenge: Location - Wool's Orphanage

365 Prompts Challenge: First Line - "It wasn't supposed to be like this."

Word count: 347

It wasn't supposed to be like this. He did not plan to actually kill someone but it happened. Tom walked closer to the edge and looked over the cliff. The boy laid there, not moving. The grey stones were covered in blood. He could hear the nanny shouting for him to come back. Without showing any emotions he turned around and walked back. Maybe he would go back later to take care of the body.

"Tom! There you are. I told you not to run away! Where is Eric?"

He looked at her and just shrugged.

"I do not know. I did not see him."

Without another word he walked past her inside the orphanage. Tom sat down at the table and waited for the food. Nobody wanted to sit at the same table with him or even talk to him. Everyone watched him and he was aware that they looked at him. When he looked up and stared at them everyone looked down immediately and ate their food. He hated them, everyone. They treated him like he was a freak. But they were not normal! Just because he was able to talk to snakes and hurt people without doing anything. The other children were just jealous because they were so boring! Tom did not really eat something and left the cafeteria just a few minutes later.

He could hear how a group of boys whispered behind his back, the snakes told him everything they said. Tom brought them inside to talk to them. They always told him what they said and what they wanted to do.

"We can't do this...he's scary! He will hurt us!"

"And how? He doesn't know anything..."

The boys whispered, always watching if he heard anything. One of them took the slingshot, put a rock inside and waited for the perfect moment. But Tom knew what they wanted to do. Before the boy was able to hurt him, he turned around and looked deep inside his eyes. Instead of him the rock hit the boy right into his eye. Tom turned around again and left, enjoying the screams. Nobody will ever hurt him again.
