England stared sternly at the three students ahead of him. Tapping his foot on the ground, he raised his arm into a crossed position and opened his mouth to speak.

"I'm not taking him back, sir," a small girl, Cambodia, responded.

England, shocked from being talked back to, stared at her with wide-eyes.

"What do you mean?!" he screamed at her, slamming his hands against the table. "That's a threat against other students! And furthermore-"

"'I'm your school president'," Vietnam smirked, mocking the older student. "Mon père told us that it was fine if we brought our pet snake along."

'Mon père,' Engalnd recognized this language. So that Frenchie was teaching them to break rules in his school, huh?

"I'm afraid that ton p- I mean Sir France is unaware that it is breaking rules to bring an animal to school. Especially a snake." He raised a bushy eyebrow at them.

To England's surprise, Laos and Cambodia had already lost interest and Vietnam was fiddling with her hair.

"Ahem," England faked clearing his throught. Cambodia and Vietnam brought their attention back to England while Laos simply ignored; he wasn't supposed to be here anyway. "Are you even listening to me?"

"Yes," was the dull response he got back from the two.

England clasped his left hand over his forehead and sighed, aggrivated, and was about to talk once more, but was interrupted again.

"But, President England, older brother China can bring his pet panda along and America is allowed to bring McDonalds to school! Why can't I bring my pet snake?" Cambodia questioned, face red from anger.

"That's different! A panda is harmless, while a snake can poison someone!" he retorted.

"No! A panda is not harmless! It can attack you at anytime!" Laos finally spoke up. Cambodia looked at him with a soft smile. He would know, after being attacked by a panda when visiting China. (LOL NOT A TRUE STORY, MADE IT UP)

England sighed again and sat down into his chair. Staring down iinto his lap, he finally spoke up.

"Okay, look. If you can keep that snake from hurting anybody, then you can bring him to school everyday if you want-"

The three all jumped out of their seats and began to cheer.

" However, if that snake hurts or attempts to attack, even kills someone, you three will be expelled from this academy." England giggled a bit on the inside. He knew that that stupid snake would attack somebody, he just knew it.

"Oh, don't worry President England. He wouldn't even hurt a fly!" Cambodia smiled, her tiny teeth showing.

Little did England know, France happened to be absent that day, something about being bitten by a 'sauvage, bête visqueuse'. Whatever, England could care less about that stupid French anyway.
