White was a curious girl who was claimed to be much too intelligent for her age. With her silk brown locks that she kept up in a ponytail most of the time and wore the same dress every day, she seemed like an ordinary teenager. But the truth was she was too tomboyish to be called a "young lady", which her mother scolded daily for her daughter's boyish behavior.

"But mother, wearing dresses all the time is a drag, can't I wear regular pants?" White had asked her mother long ago at the age of around seven. "I can't run in this dress and it blows up in the wind and embarrasses me to no end."

"You wouldn't have such a problem if you learned how to wear it properly," Was all her mother said and White left her alone to ask herself why she had given birth to an unmoral child.

So White's evenings were well spent doodling on a piece of paper in her back yard under the shelter of the big willow tree. She did this often enough that no one bothered to ask her what she was doing. The only words White would hear is the words of disapproval from her mother, which she gladly ignored.

One evening, a green Buneary came hopping by, pausing to stare at her. White looked up and got caught in the rabbit Pokemon's bright green eyes that seemed too intelligent for its own good. White stood up then, brushing off her long blue dress, silently sauntered towards the Buneary. In response the Pokemon fled into the forest to the west of the mansion White dared to call home.

She didn't know what drawn her towards the Pokemon. It could have been its unique color, or even its eyes that left her dumbstruck and curious, but she didn't bother to count the reasons as she ran after the Buneary, bushing branches away from her face while jumping over tree roots and logs. White caught sight of the green creature as it paused to look back at her. Losing her concentration, White caught the tip of her ballroom shoes on one of the roots and she toppled to the ground and down a large hole where the Buneary soon followed after.

Let the games begin.
