Purple and magenta eyes want to gaze at the other, but they didn't dare given in to their desires—not after what happened last time.
They had been caught millimeters from liplocking and lied, saying that they were in the middle of an argument, and started a staring contest to determine the winner. They feared that the lights knew better.
Royalty and thieves craving each other is wrong.
Two boys wanting the love of each other is forbidden.
Yet, it is inevitable when it is all that is on their minds at the moment.
They ended up somehow migrating slowly, minute by minute, across the empty room.
They accidentally bumped against each other.
They looked at each other, their eyes meeting.
Weakness overcame them. They were too close—nose to nose, eye to eye.
Eyes half-lidded now, filled with lust, they don't break their gaze.
Breathing slowly, lips coming closer together by each moment, and no one could stop them.
They clash. Sparks fly in an explosion of desperate need and loneliness.
It ended. They thought they had heard something. They looked towards the door. The answer: nothing.
Their cheeks tinted pink, they looked back at each other.
'Just once…. More….' They thought in sync.
They leaned in once again to commit the forbidden act that couldn't be broken.
