They were sitting in at O'Neill's drinking beer; Jack finished his bottle and placed it in the middle of the circle,
"Lets play spin the bottle"
"How does one play" Teal'c enquired
"Well if the bottle lands on you, you get a choice truth or dare" Sam explained
"Ok"
Jack spun first it landed on Daniel
"Truth"
"First Kiss" Sam asked quickly
"Jamila, we met on my parents dig in Cario I was 7" he smiled at the memory
"Ok Daniel you spin next"
He span the bottle, it landed on Sam
"Scariest moment ever"
She thought for a moment
"I was 10 and ran away from home we were stationed in Germany at the time I was ok until I slipped and fell down a mine shaft I lay there for 2 days my leg was broke I drank water from the walls when it rained the water ran down, it was really scary cus I didn't think I was getting out ever then it started flooding really slowly the water rose"
"So how did you escape?"
Jack had gone pale she noticed and stopped the rendition of the story
"That was you Carter" his voice chocked
"Sir you're that Jack"
"Carter you're Sammy"
"Guys what happened" Daniel asked interest peaked
"It was after Iraq" a dark look passed over his face
"I was in therapy when I kinda discharged myself and went for a walk don't know how long for when I heard crying, I called out, a little girl Sammie her name was answered she had got trapped there, I found away down she was a little worse for where broken leg and some nasty cuts and bruises, she was soaked and really cold I gave her my jacket and told her I was going for help"
"I refused to let him go"
"She hung onto me for dear life; I couldn't have gone if I had wanted to. So I stayed she informed that she wasn't scared of the dark but she didn't want to be alone"
"So I asked him questions"
"Lots and lots of questions" he rolled his eyes
"About everything, Sara, Charlie, what I did what I use to do"
"He kept answering classified to everything"
"So I turned it on her"
"I explained I was running away"
"I asked why"
"It was cus my dad was shipping out again to Iraq"
"I said that wasn't a bad thing and that her dad would be fine and he love her so much he just wanted to keep her safe"
"I told him I was going to be an astronaut and go into space"
"The water was pretty high by then"
"So he gently picked me up and carried me out"
"She kept complaining"
"He wouldn't let me walk" she complained jokingly
"I got her to base and turns out she is Captain Carter's daughter, and everyone has been looking for her and me, still it got me out a Court Marshall"
"Dad was so relieved to have me back I didn't even get grounded"
"I got a commendation" he smiled
"I got a plaster cast on my leg for 8 weeks I couldn't climb trees or anything" she rolled her eyes
"I never put 2 and 2 together to get Sammie Carter Jesus that makes me old"

"You were 10 I was 27 I'm 17years older than you Carter"
"So that's how old you are, Daniel you owe me a tenner"
"You placed bets on how old I am"

"So your 28 now Carter"
"Yes Sir and you are 45, I guessed 43"

"Daniel you want to answer that" Sam grinned
He blushed
"Um I guessed 55"
"I am not that old"
"Teal'c guessed older" he defended himself
"Teal'c" jack growled
"I thought you were a youngster of 100"

They settled down to watch the movie, fate was a strange thing and friends were even stranger
