A/N: This is from Adams POV if he was anywhere near beacon when Ruby's Airship Landed. (This is also a piece that my mind wouldn't let me stop thinking about, so I had to put it together eventually. Criticism is welcome.)
"Well, that first airship sure had some interesting people on it. I think I saw the 4x mystral champ in there somewhere." He adjusted himself, being mindful not to rustle to many branches, to get a better look at the second docking Airship.
He soon wished he hadn't done so, because the first person he saw was some blonde dude throwing up. "Thats the third person I've seen throw up when getting off these airships, must be something to do with heights"
Out the corner of his eye, he spots something red and shiny; "A scythe and a customizable High-impact Sniper rifle in one, very nice, but" Adam looked at the owner.. and found her to be a child of around 15/16. "well, I wouldn't expect someone of that age to be using that kind of equipm-" Adam takes a moment to look carefully at the owner's height and possible age "Hmm, she is clearly to young to be here, so how did she get in to the Academy?"
He hears the word "sis" in amongst some in audible jargon about other peoples weapons. "heh, if shes like that with her enemies, she won't be any good in the field" The gauntlet wielder next to the redhead drags her back as she starts to follow a fire-sword user. "well, that explains it, the long-haired Blonde stood next to her must be her Big sister" next minute the Blonde is darting off: "well that wasn't nice, leaving your sister alone in front of a academy such as beacon, I doubt the redhead can get around without getting lost." as he follows the blondes movements out of view.
Yelling is heard from about the position of where the scythe wielder once stood, so when Adam turns back to the red-caped girl, he notes one of two things; one is that fact that she is talking to the heiress to the company that Adam hates alot.. or used to anyway, and the second thing is he sees a kitty that is very familiar..
At least he thinks he sees that, when a mushroom cloud (of sorts, admittedly) blocks his view for a few moments, after which he can clearly see that one of the two girls that were.. meeting eachother, I guess you could say, is covered in Residue, and, to Adam's amusement, it's the Heiress; "*chuckle* Well, that's enough entertainment for now, thanks Red"
Adam is just about to turn, and starts to find his previous perch where he can get an even better view to see the last airship dock, when he hears a familiar voice; "It's Heiress, actually-" "I thought so- wait a minute" Adam turns his head sharply to where he hears said voice "Blake?"
