Okay, well this is my story. Go ahead and read it, please.(And it's not a poem, thought the format may make it seem like one)

The Grave

Sasuke visits first.

Probably because he was the one who made the grave, which couldn't really be called a grave at all, there was no body under it, no bones.

No, it was more like a marker.

A way for Sasuke to tell the world: "Yes, the Immortal Orochimaru is finally dead."

The Immortal Orochimaru who tried to use Sasuke's own life to fuel his but ended up dying himself.

Serves him right, too.

Sasuke has a whole lot left to do still.

Kabuto comes next.

It was kind of a joke at first.

"I'm visiting my dead boss's grave. Heheh. I wasn't really loyal anyway."

Was he?

Kabuto doesn't really remember anymore, nor does he have any reason to care.

Orochimaru wasn't even in the grave.

Sasuke had taken him over and so Orochimaru was inside him.

(Sounds kind of wrong if you take it the wrong way.)

That gives Kabuto an idea though, he has some of Orochimaru's DNA, he could put it in him and then he'd have all of his power.

Kabuto leaves knowing Orochimaru couldn't be dead for that long anyway.

Then Jiraya shows up.

He had heard from a man who heard from his wife who had heard from her friend who had heard from a neighbor that had heard it from someone who wouldn't name a source that Orochimaru was dead.

Jiraya didn't believe it at first, but it's not like he wants him alive.

So now Jiraya's at the grave staring, paying respects (if Orochimaru deserves any) to an old, dead friend.

Orochimaru may have just died but the friend Jiraya knew died long ago.

He may have never even existed.

Jiraya doesn't care; he leaves and reports the news with a blank face.

Tsunade goes too.

It's polite, she decides.

She was on the same team as him, in the far, far distant past, that is.

And as the Hokage of the village that had almost been destroyed by Orochimaru, it was nice to see the grave for herself.

It might have seemed a little odd, Tsunade thinks, that she asked where the grave was, but it's only useful information.

She leaves after a few minutes, not wanting to waste time and looses all her month's salary at the local lottery.

Everything's still normal.

And Anko comes as well.

She wasn't supposed to know about her old teacher's death, but she heard, maybe a month late.

She decided to go and laugh at the grave and pretend its Orochimaru's face.

Except now she's almost crying.

Everything she had learned, she had learned from and for him.

But everything she was perfecting and practicing she had planed to use against him.

Now what is she supposed to do?

She doesn't cry though, she smiles.

At least Orochimaru's gone, done for, dead.

Forever.

And that curse mark will never bother Anko again.

Sarutobi, the third, doesn't go, though.

He's dead.

Murdered by Orochimaru.

But if he could go he would.

He'd shake his head, sighing about what his student had become and wondering where himself as a teacher and Orochimaru as a person had went wrong.

He'd remember the old days and almost laugh about how carefree they seemed, despite the missions and unforeseen dangers.

Then he'd smile.

But he can't.

He's dead.

Just like Orochimaru.

End

That's it, then. Hoped you liked it. Review now, but kindly, please.
