Hi everybody!
I'm sorry for this; I read a few stories a few years back and want to re-read them, but I can't find them again. Here is what I remember:
Story 1:
Harm's ex-girlfriend steals a sperm sample (and someone else's eggs) and gets pregnant (I think it's a girl). Then she dies and sends the infant to Harm. And then the fun of living begins, ultimately it ends up being a Harm/Mac story.
Other random details: (potential spoilers for the story):
Mattie's living with Coates and Harm has custody of her
At one point a reporter decides the baby is Coates and accuses Harm of trying to pay her off (she was taking Mattie to buy a swim suit)
The stolen eggs turn out to be Mac's
Story 2:
The baby deal comes up, but they are just having a baby, no relationship. Mac gets pregnant, then we have to get through the pregnancy. It's a pretty long fic.

Mattie's living with Coates and Harm has custody of her
Sturges is at JAG
The conception likely occurs at Mattie's old house
Mac gets switched to being a judge
There is a cute antecedent in the middle about no marine maternity jackets being available, and Mac ends up with a Navy one
Mac paints the nursery to have a mural with tomcats and marines storming a beach
Ultimately they end up married
I am honestly not completely sure that these are 2 separate stories, but I think they are...
