Jade's POV
"Ugh, Beck! I don't wanna stay to help Vega!"
"Jade! You are staying and that is final! Unless you want to go to your house, I suggest you pick up a hammer, and get to work!"
It felt like Beck and I have been fighting non-stop lately. I feel like we are being torn apart more and more, but I can't stop it.
I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket.
Jadelyn get your ass home right now or I'll beat you extra hard tonight. Dad.
I shivered at the terrifying text as I sighed and picked up a hammer.
A loud crack of thunder rang out throughout the school. Cat dropped her hammer and screamed, scared of the loud noise.
I wrapped my arms around her and pressed a kiss to her forehead, like a sister would do. Hell, we were practically sisters, since we've known each other since kinderg
arten.
All of the sudden, the lights randomly started flickering on and off. We all dropped our hammers. "Ok, very funny Jade, you can stop now. We get it, we are so scared." Vega said half sarcastically and half sincerely. "Uhh, guys, I'm right here." I said, grabbing onto Beck, him wrapping his arms around my waist securely.
"Uh, if Jades right there, then who's doing the lights?" Andre asked, pointing at the flickering light.
All of the sudden, we heard an ear-piercing screech. It sounded like Vega's but I couldn't be sure. "Ok, that's enough Jade, very funny, come out aleady." Andre said, annoyed.
"You guys! I'm not doing this!" I shouted.
"She's not kidding, I've been holding her since the lights thing, she's not doing this." Beck testified. We heard a scream again, and I buried my face in Becks neck as his arms tightened around me.
Cat started crying, quietly at first, but as more thunder came, her quiet sobbing became hysterical crying. All of the sudden, we heard a bang, and cat stopped crying, the screaming stopped, and everything was silent.
For now, at least.
Ok! I pinkie promise you Jade will NOT die. I can't promise about everyone else, but Jade will LIVE.
Fun Fact: I have a problem with visualizing my stories, so I have a fanfiction journal where my stories live and die. Plus I have a stickie note with all my stories I am currently working on, and how many chapters there are.
