I sat in bed watching The Nightly News. The anchorman's words were familiar:

"And in other news, it seems some animals are VERY upset by animal testing...earlier today a..."

"Tiger," I said.

"...tiger..."

"Wolf."

"...Wolf..."

"Gorilla."

"...Gorilla..."

"And Grizzly bear."

"...And a grizzly bear attacked The Marie Curie Medical Research Institute...more details as this develops." I switched off the power and pulled out a large map of the city stuck to a bulletin board and put a pin in the area where the MCMRI is. I didn't notice any pattern in the mass of pins stuck to the map.
