Hi! I'd like to welcome you all to my new Akame ga Kill fanfiction! No, I have not dropped "An Assassin's Burden" and yes, the sequel for that is coming. Anyhoo, I hope you enjoy this little drabble, and please review to tell me your thought.

Oh, and... This is connected with "An Assassin's Burden". So if you're familiar with my OC's such as Meme or Jelse, you will see them here. Eventually. Yeah, you will. M'kay, let's start.

Lubba P.O.V

-How long are we gonna sit here?- Bethia moaned, tapping my shoulder for like, the 50th time that morning.

-You were the one that wanted to come. Don't complain now.- I said.

-Remind me, why are we here again?

-Oh? It's because...- I made the face of a Know-It-All- Miss Najenda is coming back! I decided that when she comes back, I'll confess to her!

-Huh?! Finally?! I don't understand you at all, Raba.- Bethia answered, playing with her scarf, which was actually her Teigu.- If you confess, you'll lose your chances of having a harem forever.

-That will be nothing, if Najenda will be my woman. And besides, I'm Lubbock.

-Lubbock, Rabac, Lubba Raba, same difference.- Bethia let out an annoyed, cat-like sound started playing with her azure hair. She twisted it into little plaits and then destroyed her work and begun working on another hairstyle.

-And you don't have the right to get mad at me, because I call you Raba. After all, I can't count the times I told you to call me Beth, and you acted like an ass and insisted on calling me by my full name.

-That's different, Bethia.

-I'm telling you, it's Beth.

-Whatever.

That is how our conversations always looked. I've known Bethia since I was five years old, and nothing has changed about her. She still wore practically the same attire, her voice was still as annoying to me as it always was. I consider her one of my best friends, but I'm not really sure.

We hear footsteps behind our backs. I turn around and see Tatsumi coming up to us. He raises his hand in a greeting. I'm surprised at how well he's doing, after the depression and trauma he went through after the Revolution a year ago. I don't know how he survived... I'm not even gonna say it in my head. Tatsumi demanded from Night Raid to never, ever say the thing that happened out loud. And I'm gonna stay loyal to that rule.

-You waiting for Najenda?- he asks, taking a seat on the rock beside Bethia, who gave him a disgusted look. Bethia hates men. I'm not an exeption.

-Yeah. I wonder, if she and the army were able to stop the unrising from the North.

-What d'you expect?! Of course! It's Najenda, after all!

-You're right...

-So you're gonna confess?

I nodded in answer.

-Good luck. I never got to do that.

I let out a quiet chuckle. That Tatsumi. He really didn't deserve the things that he got from life.

In the distance we hear horses. Soon enough, the army comes into sight. The Lieutenant comes up to us with a sad look on his face.

-Are you from Night Raid?

Tatsumi and I nod doubtedly.

-I'm afraid I have very bad news.

The Lieutenant takes a deep breath and looks us in the eye.

-General Najenda...

I felt like I got a punch in the stomach.

This chapter is short, because... I want it to prequel the whole story. I hope you guys enjoyed, please follow, review and favorite this story, and I'll be back soon with the next chapter :)
