Static.
Jason's camera was picking up static again. He looked up and saw fear itself.
A tall man.
A thin man.
A Slenderman.
Jason turned on his heel and ran. He looked over his shoulder to see the creature seemingly hovering in pursuit. Jason stared faster. But the creature kept pace. Jason started to slow down. He noticed a piece of paper taped to a tree. As he ran past he grabbed it. His camera sparked and the screen shut off. Jason stopped and turned to his pursuer. He lobed the broken device at the man. The camera smacked Slenderman in his lack of face and Jason started running. He looked over his shoulder to see the man lying on the ground.
'Take that Slendy!' Jason called as he jumped onto the fence. He climbed out and ran to his car. He switched on the ignition.
Silence.
'Shit!' Jason yelled, he got out of the car and open the hood. Black tendrils came streaming from engine. Jason was knocked back by one and landed of some paper. As he got up he grabbed it and read what it said. Usually they were nonsense but this one was different.

Just those words.

The tendrils stopped streaming from the engine. Jason stuffed the note into his pocket and ran into the car. He turned the key.
Success.
He accelerated and left the forest. He stole a glance behind him.
The forest was gone.
The forest had disappeared. Leaving not even a leaf behind.
Jason looked forward and stopped.
Slenderman stood in front of his car. He did nothing. He just stood there.

Jason sat frozen, too afraid to do anything.

Slowly, Slenderman started to grow tentacles.

Slenderman walked to the car window and bent over, bringing him and Jason eye level.

Jason, frozen in fear watched as Slenderman's tentacles spread and wrap around the car.

Slenderman brought his head so it was less than a few centimetres from Jason's.
'Help me.'
